I haVe eXperienCed my On-the-JoB Training at BY & SONS TRADING INC., Accounting department for one month. Nervous aNd sHynEss aRe aLways thEre wHen itS fiRst tiMe. But aS time goEs by, they all fade away aS I made bOnding and haVe been cLose to the boSs aNd empLoyeEs there.
Iv learned a lot of office workS and cOmputEr - relatEd jOb there duRing my OJT. Im one of thE aSsistant eNcoders tHere and thEy taught me on how to enVoice or itEmiZed all the pUrcHaseD pRoduCts or iTems. Iv aLso Learned sOme pAper wOrks that aRe invoLveD in thE said DepartMent wHich i wAs aSsigned. I rEaLLy eNjoyEd my oNe mOnth tRaining tHere aNd at thE saMe time, iv LearnEd oN how to Face DiffeRent kiNd of pEopLe thaT i haVent eNcouNterEd yEt in a niCe aNd pResentabLe waY.
One moNth of trAining made mE eNhanced my Behaviour, sKills, aNd pErsonality in tErms of Being a RespOnsibLe aNd pRofesSionaL cAreeR womAn.
